Ode to the Apple that is Pine

I thought I'd recite a little poem to you all of you to mix it up a bit. So here it goes. I entitle it "Ode to the Apple that is Pine"

Oh, how doth
the apple pine
for the pineapple,
for the pineapple
doth pine for
the apple as well.

But, if the apple ceases to
pine for the pineapple,
will the pineapple
still pine for
the apple?

Nay, I say,
the apple
will pine for the
pineapple for eternity
for, you see, the
pineapple will still
pine for the apple
until the end of time.
